Virtual Workshop
The
Department of Defense (DoD) must maintain a robust pipeline of STEM talent by
investing in pre-kindergarten through post-secondary STEM activities to ensure
the DoD has enduring access to the best and brightest talent in the near-,
mid-, and long-term. This workshop will stimulate discussions in three focus
areas: the creation of impactful STEM education experiences for students and
teachers, the current landscape of biotechnology and education needed to
support a biotechnology literate nation, and programs to provide enhanced
civics education as part of a Congressional requirement. Come join this
unique workshop and be part of shaping the DoD STEM endeavors.
