Introduction
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) will be holding a Competitors Day event for its Subterranean (SubT) Challenge to provide information to potential competitors on the objectives of the DARPA Subterranean Challenge. The DARPA SubT Challenge Competitors Day will be held on 27 September 2018 at Louisville Mega Cavern at 1841 Taylor Avenue, Louisville, KY 40213, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EDT. The event will also be webcast for those who would like to participate remotely. Advance registration is required for both the physical meeting and the webcast.Registration Information
PLEASE NOTE: It is anticipated that registration will open on or about Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Registration for physical participation will close on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 12:00PM EDT or when venue capacity is reached. Registration for webinar participation will close on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 12:00PM EDT or when webinar capacity is reached.
In-person registration is limited by the venue capacity, and early registration is strongly recommended. There will be no on-site registration.
Participants must register in advance through the registration website. Due to space limitations, in-person attendance for the Competitors Day will be limited to the first 240 registrants. Remote participation via webcast is limited to 500 participants. Interested parties are encouraged to coordinate attendance internally within their organizations prior to registration. Physical attendance is limited to no more than three representatives per division/department. Individuals who are unable to register because the deadline has passed or capacity has been reached will be added to a waitlist, and will be notified as appropriate should space become available.Eligibility
