DARPA Academic Research Roundtable (April)


Registration  Registration for the March session is now closed and DARPA is not accepting any new registrations for the April session. Waitlisted registrants from the March session were automatically added to the registration queue for the April 20, 2017 date.  If you would like to be considered for future sessions, please add your name to the waitlist.
Waitlist Notification
Waitlisted registrants for the April 20 session were notified of their acceptance on March 15.  
Eligibility The event is open to chief research officers at academic institutions (i.e. Provost, Vice President for Research, Vice Provost for Research, or equivalent title) who are U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, and Foreign Nationals. 
Attendance Limitations Attendance at the March and April sessions is limited to to the first 40 accepted registrants and only one representative per institution. Note, the limitation on individuals from the same institution applies for both dates.  If slots become available due to cancellations, the slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis from the waitlist.
Required Form for
Foreign Nationals
All registrants who are not U.S. Citizens must complete and submit a DARPA Form 60 (U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request) no later than 5:00 PM ET on April 6, 2017. This form and submission instructions will be sent in the meeting acceptance email. 
Meals No meals or beverages will be provided. Concessions can be purchased at the cafe in the DARPA lobby. The meeting will end before lunch.
