Virtual Proposers Day for HR001117S0014

HR001117S0014 Proposers Day:
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is holding a Virtual Proposers Day to inform proposers about the forthcoming 2017 Innovative Systems for Military Missions BAA (HR001117S0014), which will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov). The Virtual Proposers Day will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017–Thursday, May 4, 2017.
The BAA will seek responses relating to the following Focus Areas:
1. Ground Systems
2. Maritime/Undersea Systems
3. Air Systems
4. Space Systems
5. Cross-Domain Systems (those systems which address the "seams" between domains that potential adversaries may target)
In addition to these domains, the BAA focuses on cross-cutting capabilities to enhance TTO platform demonstrations. These include: agile hardware and software development; autonomy; cross-domain collaboration; and cost inversion.
Virtual Proposers Day Objectives
The 2017 Virtual Proposers Day is designed to provide information about TTO's goals and interest areas through pre-recorded videos on the web and to provide opportunities for potential proposers to engage directly with TTO program managers through PM meetings. Contact information is required to access certain videos and to request an in-person or virtual meeting with a TTO program manager.

Program Manager (PM) Meetings
(Hosted May 3–4, 2017; scheduling website opens April 11 and originally closed April 26, 2017. This Special Notice has been extended to open again on April 27 and close at 12:00 EDT on May 1, 2017)
Program Manager (PM) meetings are an opportunity for individuals and/or organizations to meet individually with a TTO PM to discuss ideas and/or technology solutions to increase success in responding to the TTO Office-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Meetings will last no more than 15 minutes.
Attendance will be limited to three (3) individuals per session and one session per TTO PM. A business unit may request meetings with more than one PM, but must submit a unique "elevator pitch" for each request (please see instructions below). Individuals requesting a PM meeting for a group must include information for all participants. Logistical information regarding virtual meetings, visiting DARPA, and PM meeting scheduling will be provided with your PM meeting acceptance within three (3) business days of your application.

PM Meeting Requests closes: Meeting requests have been extended and now close May 1, 2017 at 12:00PM EDT or when all Program Manager (PM) Meeting slots have been filled; whichever comes first.
