Her achievements include securing $1.7 million in funding to develop an artificial intelligence curriculum, creating makerspaces, expanding internship programs, and fostering partnerships with universities, schools, and companies. As a mentor for the Engineer in Training program at NSWC Crane, she has improved learning and engagement experiences for over 160,000 students connected to Naval Sea Systems Command laboratories.
