Join us for our February webinar featuring Dr. Joseph Golden from the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, who will discuss his critical work supporting the development of medical countermeasures to life-threatening emerging pathogens. Recently, Dr. Golden and colleagues submitted two patent applications for inventions that could result in products to protect deployed warfighters from Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, a highly lethal tick-borne viral disease. He has also conducted research aimed at combating such virus threats as smallpox, monkeypox, South American arenaviruses, Zika, and COVID 19.
