Event Description 

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) will host Ag x BTO: Pitch Day on November 13, 2025, in Arlington, VA to select and award ag defense catalyst projects. To be considered for Ag x BTO: Pitch Day participation, offerors submitted a 7-minute capability video then participated in a workshop in response to one of the Ag x BTO focus areas.

DARPA will notify offerors if they are selected for further evaluation via an in-person Pitch Day presentation to a panel of BTO leadership members at the Ag x BTO: Pitch Day event.

If selected for award at Pitch Day, DARPA may issue a Research Other Transactions award; the maximum amount of government funding given to any single proposer will be $500,000.

Event Registration and Fees

In-Person participation:

• Maxmimum of (3) participants per entity
• Limit of 160 in-person participants 
• Registration fee: $100 per person (includes breakfast, lunch, beverage station, and a portion of meeting room rental)

There is no virtual option; in-person only.

All participants are required to register in advance. Registration must be completed by Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Due to venue requirements, late registrations cannot be accommodated.

Foreign Nationals

All registrants who are not U.S. Citizens must complete and submit either a DARPA eForm 60 (U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request) or an Official Visit Request (foreign government personnel, only) through the Embassy based in Washington, DC, no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
