Meeting Overview

The Patent Holiday, offered by the Department of Defense/War and administered by the T3CP office, intends to accelerate commercialization of lab-developed technologies through royalty-free commercial evaluation licenses, addressing five critical technology areas including:  critical minerals, advanced materials, microelectronics, munitions, and energetics.

Registration

There is no registration fee for the meeting. The registration deadline is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, January 16, 2026. Advance registration is required. Registration is mandatory for every individual attending either alone (in person or webinar) or as part of a group (webinar). 

In-person attendance is limited to the first 135 registrants, so please register early!
