Registration (In Person and Webcast)

There is no registration fee for the Industry Day in-person event or webcast. The Industry Day is open only to registered potential proposers; the event is not open to the general public and media. The registration deadline is 5:00 PM Eastern, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for Foreign Nationals and 5:00 PM Eastern, Friday, March 6, 2026, for U.S. Citizens. Advance registration is required for the in-person meeting and the webinar. Registration is mandatory for every individual intending to view the webinar either alone or as part of a group. 

Eligibility (In Person and Webinar)

All registrants (both in-person and webinar) who are not U.S. Citizens must complete and submit either a DARPA Form 60 (U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request—e.g., industry or academia) or an Official Visit Request (foreign government personnel only) through the Embassy based in Washington, DC, no later than 5:00 PM Eastern, Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Form 60 submission instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation email. Contact your Embassy staff for assistance in submitting the Official Visit Request.

Note: As part of the eForm 60 submission, foreign nationals must upload the following documents: Photo page of a valid, unexpired passport; Permanent Resident Card, if acceptable; and current U.S. Visa."

A lightning round will be held to facilitate interaction among attendees, providing an opportunity to showcase capabilities and build strong teams to address the challenges presented in Fleetwood. A presentation template will be provided to those who are presenting during the lightning round. Presentations should highlight proposer capabilities, teaming requirements, and must include presenter's contact information. Each organization is limited to one (1) slide, and presentations will be restricted to five (5) minutes each. Registrants must indicate their intent to participate in the lightning round session during registration. Due to time constraints, the number of lightning round presentations will be limited. Lightning round presenters must attend in-person. Portions of the Industry Day are expected to be recorded and made available online on the DARPA website following the conculsion of the event. All presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format with a PDF backup using the provided template. Unclassified presentations should be emailed to Fleetwood@darpa.mil no later than March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern. Presentations must not contain any Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or classified information and must be suitable for unlimited public release.

While not required, DARPA encourages teaming amongst the community when appropriate and strategic to achieving program outcomes. To support team building, Industry Day registrants may opt to participate in the following:

1. Attendee List: Participant contact information (name, organization, email address) will be automatically included on a Fleetwood Industry Day attendee list, which will be shared with other prospective proposers unless otherwise specified. Registrants may indicate during registration whether they opt in or out. The attendee list will be sent to all event registrants.

2. Teaming Profile: Interested parties are invited to submit a one- to two-page Teaming Profile conforming to the provided template. Profile must be submitted by Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET to Fleetwood@darpa.mil. Teaming profiles should include, at a minimum: 

• Contact information, to include name, organization, email, telephone number, mailing address, and website
• Brief description of the proposer's technical competencies and relevant facilities
• Desired technical competencies and facilities from other potential team members, if applicable

Profiles that do not use the provided template and/or exceed the two-page limit will not be accepted. Information contained in teaming profiles shall be publicly releaseable – profile submitters consent to distribution amongst event registrants. After Industry Day, the teaming profiles will be sent via email to all registrants. Specific content, communications, networking, and team formation are the sole responsibility of participants. neither DARPA nor the DoW endorses any participating organization, nor does DARPA or DoW exercise any responsibility for improper dissemination of the teaming profiles.
