Registration & Eligibility

Participants must register in advance. Registration is limited by the venue capacity, and early registration is strongly recommended. Physical attendance is limited to no more than three attendees per division/department. Remote participation via webcast is limited to 500 participants. The in-person registration cutoff date is February 5, 2019, at 4:00 PM ET or once attendance capacity is met, whichever comes first. We will continue to accept webinar only registrations through Monday, February 11, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET or until webinar capacity is reached, whichever comes first. If a proposer is unable to attend, FAQ’s from the meeting will be posted to the DARPA Opportunities Page.

All attendees are required to present government-issued photo identification upon entry to the event. Non-US citizens are required to submit a DARPA eForm 60 “Foreign National Visit Request,” details will be sent when your registration is complete.

Registration Fee

There is no registration fee to attend this Proposers Day. There is an optional meal fee for catered breakfast and/or lunch service. You must cancel by 5:00 PM ET on February 5, 2019 to receive a refund.  NOTE: The merchant on your credit card statement will read: "Strategic Analysis, Inc."
