DARPA ReVector Proposers Day

Lightning Talks

Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to participate in "lightning" talks (three minutes, one slide) to allow potential proposers to highlight technical capabilities of interest and promote teaming.  Interested registered attendees are invited to submit a brief one-slide summary of their technical capabilities and teaming interests. These will be presented during 3-minute "lightning" presentations at the Proposers Day.  Slides should be submitted as 8 1/2 x 11 PDF file in landscape orientation.  Presentations consisting of multiple slides or a single slide with multiple layers or videos will not be granted a time slot.  Lightning talk submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum possible number (given time constraints) is reached.  Lightning talk submissions are restricted to those attending the meeting.  Lightning talk slides must be emailed to DARPA-SN-19-48@darpa.mil no later than 12:00 PM Noon ET on May 14, 2019.

Please schedule your travel arrangements around the duration of the meeting.  If you have multiple team members who want to present on the same topic, only one will need to select "Yes" on the registration form.

Sidebars

Meeting attendees may sign up via the registration website (on a first-come, first-served basis) for a private sidebar session with DARPA personnel.  Sidebars are for the express purpose of discussing proprietary information that participants would not want to disclose in the other open sessions and not for general participant introductions or questions about the program.  Introductions and questions not including proprietary information should be incorporated into the open sessions.

Sidebar times will be assigned onsite at the meeting so please schedule your travel arrangements around the duration of the meeting.

Teaming Opportunities

DARPA strongly encourages teaming as necessary to meet the goals of the program, and will facilitate the formation of teams with the expertise necessary to meet the goals of the program.  Interested parties are invited to submit a one-page profile Attachment 1 describing technical competencies and facilities capabilities as it relates to the program and desired technical competencies in other potential teammates.  Teaming profile document must be emailed to DARPA-SN-19-48@darpa.mil no later than 12:00 PM Noon ET on May 14, 2019.

The one-page profile should include, at a minimum:
  • Contact information to include name, organization, email, telephone number, mailing address, and website.
  • Brief description of the proposers's technical competencies and relevant facilities.
  • Desired technical competencies and facilities from other potential team members, if applicable.
